Your privacy is important to us. The websites, applications, widgets, and scripts, together with any services, software, or materials provided by Inspired Member, Inc. (“Inspired”) through or in connection with any of the foregoing, are collectively referred to as the “Platform.” The Platform may be provided via Shopify, in the form of the Inspired Shopify App, or another third-party platform. This Privacy Policy addresses our collection, use, and disclosure of information during your use of the Platform, including when you install or use the Inspired Shopify App in connection with your Shopify-supported store. This Privacy Policy applies only to Inspired’s online information-gathering and sharing practices occurring on the Platform, and does not apply to any of our practices conducted offline. UNLESS OTHERWISE DEFINED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY, TERMS USED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY HAVE THE SAME MEANINGS AS IN THE INSPIRED TERMS OF USE.
References to “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Inspired Member, Inc., provider of the Platform. References to “you” and “your” refer to an Inspired Brand Partner using the Platform, together with their employees and other representatives who may access the Platform on behalf of those Brand Partners. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to, and do hereby, bind such entity to this agreement. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, you must not accept this agreement and neither you nor such entity may use the Platform.
We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the modified Privacy Policy. The modifications will be effective upon such posting (unless a later date is specified in the posting, in which case that date will be the effective date of the modifications). You agree to review this Privacy Policy periodically so that you are aware of any modifications. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment of, and agreement to be bound by, the amended Privacy Policy.
Applicability of this Privacy Policy: This Privacy Policy applies only to Inspired Brand Partner’s use of the Platform. This Privacy Policy does not apply to use of the Platform by individual Users, including individuals who visit the stores of our Brand Partners, and individuals who visit our website. These individuals should refer to our separate User Privacy Policy .
THE PLATFORM IS OFFERED FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND IS NOT CURRENTLY OFFERED TO BRANDS/MERCHANTS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. IF YOU ARE RESIDING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, YOU MAY NOT USE THE PLATFORM.
1. Personal Information the Platform (including the Inspired Shopify App) Collects
1.1 Information We Collect From You. When you install the Inspired Shopify App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account using Shopify’s API: Information about you and others who may access the Inspired Shopify App on behalf of your store, including your and their names, postal addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and billing information. We also collect certain information from you in order to manage your account with Inspired. This information is “Personal Information” because it can be used to identify you as well as the employees and other representatives who may access the Inspired Shopify App on behalf of your store.
We may also collect technical information about your use of the Platform, including your IP address, web browser details, time zone, and other location-based data, some or all of which may be Personal Information. We collect Personal Information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account, or using the following technologies: “Log files” track actions occurring on the Platform, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
1.2 Information We Collect From Individuals Who Visit Your Stores. We also collect information about individuals who visit your stores, our collection and use of which are governed by the Inspired User Privacy Policy. This information includes (a) Personal Information (name, phone number, email address, home and business postal addresses), (b) non-identifying Information (zip code, gender, age, and individual preferences); (c) usage data (information sent automatically by a User’s browser when visiting your stores and/or our Platform, such as browser type, operating system, referring/exit pages, pages visited on the Platform, time spent on those pages or interacting with certain portions of the Platform, information searched for on the Platform, access times and dates, and geolocation data); and (d) transaction data (information relating to transactions with individuals who visit your stores and/or our Platform, including purchase information, dates of purchase and purchase history). Each of these categories of information, and our collection and use thereof, is further described in the Inspired User Privacy Policy.
2. How Do We Use Personal Information We Collect?
We use the Personal Information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Platform and to operate the Inspired Shopify App. Additionally, we use this Personal Information in order to: Communicate with you; optimize or improve the Inspired Shopify App; and provide you with information or advertising relating to our Platform.

To send you updates about our Platform, e.g. best practices, ideas for upcoming campaigns, new product or feature releases
To collect usage data, i.e. to understand how you use our Platform
3. Sharing the Personal Information We Collect
Inspired’s policy is not to share the Personal Information we collect with third parties other than as specified below, or where a User expressly consents to our sharing of certain information with a third party.
We may provide Personal Information to our business partners or other trusted entities for the purpose of providing you with information on goods or services we believe will be of interest to you. We may also employ third party companies and individuals for any of the following: To facilitate the Platform; to provide the Platform or portions of the Platform on our behalf; to perform related services, including without limitation, maintenance services, database management, fulfillment, web analytics, and improvement of the features or functionality; or to assist us in analyzing how the Platform is being used.
Generally, we limit the information provided to these service providers to that which is reasonably necessary for them to perform their functions, and we require them to agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information.
We encourage you to learn more about the online privacy and data security policies of third party websites and/or applications directly from such third parties, as their policies may differ from ours.
In addition to the above, we may share or disclose the Personal Information we collect to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
4. Data Retention
We will retain the Personal Information we collect for only as long as is necessary to provide the Platform or as required by applicable law. We will, consistent with your directions, return, delete, destroy or make permanently unreadable all Personal Information that we collect, including all originals and copies of such Personal Information, and any materials derived from or incorporating such Personal Information, within 30 days following the termination or expiration of your Platform with us, except to the extent that Inspired is required by law to retain some or all of the Personal Information, and except to the extent the Personal Information is archived on back-up systems, in either case so long as we securely protect and anonymize such Personal Information from any further processing and eventually delete or makes permanently unreadable in accordance with our retention and deletion policies.
